We provide a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use, starting from the date of delivery.

Normal wear and tear (scratches, fabric wear, pilling, fading, stains)

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper assembly, modification, or improper care

Commercial use or rental use

Variations in natural materials (wood grain, knots, tone) or minor color differences due to lighting/screens

Transit damage that is not reported within the required timeframe (see Shipping & Delivery)
Warranty service
If a valid warranty claim is approved, we may, at our discretion:

Provide replacement parts, or

Repair the item, or
-
Replace the item with the same or a comparable product.
Spare parts shipping
For approved warranty claims, we can ship replacement parts. In some cases, additional shipping fees may apply (for example, expedited shipping or special handling). We’ll confirm any shipping cost before sending.
On-site service
We do not offer on-site repair for customer-caused damage (misuse, accidents, or improper care). If you’re unsure whether your issue is covered, contact us and we’ll advise the best solution.

Important note for custom / made-to-order items
Custom or made-to-order items are covered by this warranty for manufacturing defects, but are not eligible for returns or refunds unless the item is defective or damaged in transit.
