We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging.

Custom / made-to-order items
Custom or made-to-order pieces are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund unless there is a manufacturing defect or transit damage.

Return conditions
Returned items must be unused, unassembled (if applicable), and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or shipping damage.

How to start a return

Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is inspected.
